Blair Howard
Blair is a native Alexandrian and long-time HCC resident, having lived in the community since 2008. He has over 40 years of experience in general construction, design, building, and property management and maintenance, in both residential and commercial sectors. His comprehensive knowledge of building systems, renovations, management, and estimations will be an invaluable asset on the Board.

Rebekah Nowak
Rebekah has lived at HCC since 2021 with her cat Magnus. She works in the shipbuilding acquisition industry supporting the lifecycle construction of ships and their systems for our military fleet. Along with almost a decade of experience supporting the management of contracts valued at upwards of 100 million dollars, Rebekah has previous experience working with a subsidiary of the World Bank, a refugee resettlement nonprofit as well as serving on the Boards of several local nonprofits.

Ernst "Fritz" Hunter, Esq.
Fritz is an attorney with over 15 years of experience in various areas including, tax, finance, contract law, real estate transactions, and estate planning. Over the course of his career he has saved clients tens of millions of dollars in taxes. His skills will be invaluable in ensuring proper stewardship of HOA funds, reducing outside legal fees, and negotiating fair contracts.

Amanda Davis
Amanda previously served on the HCC Board where she gained firsthand experience with the responsibilities and challenges of this role. With nearly two decades of experience working for Fairfax County Public Schools, she brings a proven ability to collaborate, solve problems, and ensure accountability in complex, diverse environments.

Alexandra "Sasha" Draggeim
Sasha is a conference interpreter by training who comes from a Russian-speaking family and has also lived in France and China. She currently works as a Chinese media specialist at the State Department. She has lived at the Hunting Creek Club since 2019 and hopes to help the Board promote accountability, open communication, and greater community engagement. She can often be spotted trying to wrangle her toddler in the lobby or parking lot.
